This is Workout A of the Fight Club Challenge. It's designed to help you get healthy, fit, and lean FAST!

For each exercise, you will do 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest. Complete all 6 exercises, that's round 1. Complete 3 total rounds, resting 1 minute in between.

Total Time: 21 minutes.
